Herb & Garlic Butter
I love herb and garlic butter! It is a staple in my fridge.
It is a family favourite topped on BBQ steak. I also use it to cook chicken and fish, as a base for scrambled eggs, and mixed with a little olive oil to bake roast vegetables.
It is quick and easy to make and a great way to use up left over herbs.
Herb & Garlic Butter
A delicious mix of herbs, garlic, butter, and salt, it is a wonderful accompaniment to grilled meat, a base for cooking chicken, fish, baked veggies, scrambled eggs, or as a spread—the options are only limited by your imagination and taste buds!
Ingredients
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together butter, garlic, herbs and salt.
- Spoon the herb butter onto a piece of parchment paper. Form into a log and wrap well. I like to use parchment paper, but foil or cling wrap also works.
- Chill.
- Store in the fridge.
