Brie, Pear, Pomegranate, Rocket & Prosciutto Wraps

With the silly season looming, here is a delightful appetiser that is sure to spread festive cheer. They are a delectable combination of creamy brie cheese, peppery rocket, sweet pear and pomegranate and salty prosciutto.

With the addition of pear, this appetiser may not seem low carb, but the amount of pear per serving is quite small, so it passes for me!

They can be quite fiddly, so give yourself a little time to assemble. The time and effort is worth it though, they are a crowd pleaser.

Sweet, savoury, and utterly irresistible, these pear, prosciutto, pomegranate, brie, and rocket wraps are a delightful way to start a meal and perfect for the festive season.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix the chopped rocket and pomegranate airls together with the olive oil.
  2. Lay a piece of prosciutto on a flat surface.
  3. Place a piece of pear on one end, add some of the rocket mix (about 1 heaped teaspoon, depending on how thick you want the wraps).
  4. Top with a slice of brie.
  5. Roll the prosciutto up to form a tight bundle.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
