My Favourite

Main meals are the staple of any kitchen. It would typically feature a protein source (such as meat, fish, poultry, or tofu) accompanied by one or more side dishes, such as vegetables, grains, or starches. Living a low carb life means I enjoy the protein and vegetables but avoid the grains and starches. Here I share my go-to main meals, often served either for family dinners or when entertaining.
